We claim no rights of any kind over anything you open here, and we could not exercise them if we did — the file is never transmitted to us. Whatever you produce with this tool is yours to use as you see fit, subject to whatever rights already attach to the original.

You are responsible for having the right to work on the picture in the first place. A tool that cannot see your file also cannot check that.

The site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that an enlargement will be suitable for any particular purpose, that a result will satisfy a printer, a portal or an application form, or that the tool will run correctly in every browser and on every device. Browsers differ in what they will decode and in how much memory they will grant a page, and some of the limits here exist precisely because of that.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, including a missed deadline, a rejected submission or a print that came back soft. Keep your originals.

Use it for as many pictures as you like. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, re-host it as your own, or use it to process material that is unlawful where you are.
